I’m Sam Care, a freelance producer-director making short-form documentary and factual films for institutional and public-facing organisations.
Alongside the selected projects featured here, I have produced films for clients across research, policy, industry, finance, health, technology, architecture, design, and the arts.
Recent commissions include projects for RSHP, Cornerstone Research, the Alan Turing Institute, and the Wellcome Trust.
Working together
If you would like to commission me, I can work with you from the early stages of planning, through filming to post-production and delivery.
I draw on a trusted network of experienced crew and collaborators to assemble the right team for each project. For some small projects, I am also available as a self-shooting PD and editor, filming with a Sony FX3 and compact lighting setup.
All productions are fully insured, risk-assessed and managed in accordance with relevant legal requirements.
