I’m Sam Care, a freelance filmmaker making short-form documentary and factual films for institutional and public-facing organisations.
Alongside the selected projects featured here, I have produced films for clients across research, policy, industry, finance, health, technology, architecture, design, and the arts.
Recent commissions include projects for RSHP, Cornerstone Research, the Alan Turing Institute, and the Wellcome Trust.
Working together
If you would like to commission me, I can work with you from the early stages of planning through filming, post-production and delivery.
I work as a solo filmmaker and editor, filming with a Sony FX3 and compact lighting setup.
For larger projects, I direct filming, drawing from my trusted network of experienced crew.
All productions are fully insured, risk-assessed and managed in accordance with relevant legal requirements.
